The Ministry’s core values are essential and enduring tenets that guide everyone in the organization in support of our mission. The implementation of the Ministry’s programmes and activities (operations) are guided and defined by the Ministry’s commitment and beliefs on the following core values;

Strategic Outcomes, Targets and Related Outputs

The Ministry of Labour, uses the following three mid-term strategic outcomes to guide the individual and collective efforts involved in achieving the Ministry’s mission; 

   

1.  Compliance to labour standards enhanced.

 
   

2.  Improved quality of labour force. 

         
   

3.  Improved efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery.
